Being a hybrid UX designer means I can prioritise the user experience throughout the design process.

I can work on the research phase and at the handover, I’m aware of the information the designer needs and can anticipate their potential needs. Alternatively, I can work from the research to the design phase, keeping user priorities at the forefront. 

In addition to my design and research skills, I have a slightly different background than most which brings a fresh perspective to the role. Before working with Low and Behold, I was an air hostess with Emirates for 8 years. Over those years I learnt a lot about human behaviour which has really helped with UX, particularly with skills like building empathy, good communication and teamwork.
