Designing clarity into complex systems
I'm a product designer who specializes in making technically complex enterprise software intuitive — for the technical teams who configure it and the non-technical users who live in it every day.
As the sole product designer at Xtremepush, an omnichannel CRM platform serving tier-1 clients in sports betting, gaming, and finance, I own design across four product pillars — from building the research program and running usability testing at scale, to the design system, to developer handoff and QA. Recent shipped work includes a redesigned Journey Builder and a new Games hub that surfaces previously hidden features — now generating 10+ client feature requests a week. I've also built custom AI tools using Claude that support my design critique and handoff workflows, including a weekly UX review of support tickets.
Before design, I spent years flying with Emirates as cabin crew — work that taught me to read people quickly and communicate clearly under pressure. It's why research is the backbone of how I design: I'd rather understand people than assume.
Based in the Philadelphia area. When I'm not untangling enterprise software, I'm usually attempting to upcycle old clothes into new ones — with mixed results!
